SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on all purchases of $80 or more before taxes. Offer valid in Canada only. A $10 CA fee is required for delivery on orders less than $80 CA.
Shipping is provided by Canada Post throughout Canada. Orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days after payment is received. Items are delivered according to postal delays.
SECURE PAYMENTS
Online payments are made via a secure system and are in Canadian dollars. A confirmation email is sent at the end of the transaction. If the email is not received directly in the inbox, it will probably be in the spam folder. Otherwise, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
An order cannot be cancelled after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Clothing
BORN TO HUNT offers returns for refunds on items in perfect condition. Items must be returned by mail within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase for regular priced items. Sale items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
Terms and Conditions
– Items that are 50% off or more are considered a final sale and are non-refundable.
– Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.
– Returned merchandise that has been used or damaged will not be accepted. No returns will be made under these conditions. Items must not have been worn or washed.
– Price tags must still be attached to the garments and the garments must be in their original packaging.
BORN TO HUNT accepts returns for defective items within 30 days of the purchase date on regular priced and/or sale merchandise.
Return Procedures
Items must be returned by mail within 30 days.
Shipping and handling fees for returns are non-refundable.
